In the unlikely event that you find a lower rate with another U.S or international freight services website within 24 hours of booking with ShippingQuest, your invoice will be adjusted to reflect the lower price. Low Price Guarantees are subject to the terms and conditions below:

Notifying Time Frame: You must contact ShippingQuest within twenty-four (24) hours after booking your shipment to qualify for the Lowest Price Guarantee. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us.

Services Comparison: Lowest Price Guarantee only applies to “same service matches.That includes using the same carrier with the identical freight class, weight, size, delivery date, transit duration, additional (assessorial) services, taxes and fuel surcharges. Pickup origination point and final delivery destination should match the ones recorded in your original booking via ShippingQuest.

Rates submitted to ShippingQuestfor the purpose of rebate must be provided by a federally licensed and bonded freight broker or intermediary of freight. Rates must be verifiable and clearly displayed in promotional publications and industry websites accessible to the general public. Special rates offered to certain interest groups or organization but are unavailable to the general public are excluded from ShippingQuest's Lowest Price Guaranteed matching offer.

Price Verification: All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification by ShippingQuest. Screenshots or other purported evidence of lower price offers encountered will need to pass a scrunity test process administered by ShippingQuest personnel before being authenticated. ShippingQuest will not attempt to verify any request that is believed to be - at the Company’s sole discretion - the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. Verified requests will receive a credit to the credit card used for the booking, within approximately 10 business days after the conclusion of the verification process in favor of the applicant.

Changes: ShippingQuest reserves the right - at its sole discretion - to modify or discontinue the Low Price Guarantee Program at any time, or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, without the need to issue a prior notice or assume liability thereof. The terms that were in effect at the time of booking will determine the client’s eligibility to qualify for the Lowest Price Guarantee. No change in the Lowest Price Guarantee will affect any coupon that had previously been issued to a client. The failure by ShippingQuest to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
